Recorded in December 1958, Baker didn't sing on any of the tracks on the LP. "Soft Winds" was recorded during the same session as the rest of the tracks, but it wasn't initially included on the Chet Baker in New York LP, as it was originally going to be issued on a compilation LP by various trumpet players titled New Blue Horns. It has been added here in order to complete the original session. The Complete Album + 1 Bonus Track.
