We're passionate about music and creating a record store with a difference

We proudly stock a wide range of genres, all hand picked, for you to explore and find the next gem for your growing vinyl collection. With a state of the art sound system, a cosy coffee bar and passionate staff, it's the perfect space to spend some time enjoying good music.

With an ambition to try and do things differently, we've designed the store to allow for easy browsing with big gallery style wall displays to showcase the beautiful album artwork alongside QR codes on every album to allow you to listen and learn more about the artist. So sit back, relax and enjoy a flat white whilst listening to your new favourite album.

Capsule Connect

Alongside creating a neighbourhood record and coffee shop, we want to use our platform to promote local vinyl DJs, and the venues that host them.

Meet The Team

You're looking at a picture of Sarah, Lawrence and Skev - the founders of Capsule Records. Very early into our life we were joined by Harry and Juliette. What binds us all together is a love of music, a love of chatting about music and the thrill we all get from helping you discover your next favourite album! Come and say hi.

Tea and Coffee

We've created a beautiful snug area at the back of the store where you can enjoy a perfectly brewed Cast Iron Roasters coffee. Kick back, relax and enjoy alongside some uplifting tunes.
