Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1-2 days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Processing times are separate from the shipping times you will see at checkout.
Release Date Changes
Release dates of products are subject to change beyond our control which can change the expected shipping date of your order.
All pre-orders are shipped on the week of the release date.

Delayed or Missing Orders
Please be aware that there may be delays outside of our control, for example, any postal service problems. We will do our best to ensure the product arrives swiftly.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at chat@capsulerecords.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We currently only offer Royal Mail tracked services. This means you can track your order from the moment it leaves our shop and it also means that we can compensate you for any missing products.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We also offer free shipping on orders over £100.

In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 37 Western Rd, Brighton and Hove, Hove BN3 1AF. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are Tuesday 11-3, Weds - Friday 11-6, Saturday 10-6 and Sunday 11-5. Please have your order confirmation email and a form of ID with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping.
