Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return.

For items bought in the shop:

To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us using the form on the contact us page (to stop the bots!) come into the store.  Please note that returns will need to be brought back to the shop at the following address: 37 Western Road, Hove, BN3 1AF

For items bought online and shipped:

As all online shipped orders have been sent using a Signed For service, a return will only be considered for damaged goods.  To instigate this process please follow the following instructions:

Submit a return request:

1. Log in to your account (found at this URL - https://shopify.com/66038268152/account)

  • In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  • In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  • Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

5. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
