ATA Records go from strength to strength with their recent issues, Work Money Death’s People of the Fast Flowing River and The Sorcerers’ Other Worlds and Habitats. 2025 sees the release of the fourth volume of their regular soundtrack series, the Library Archives. An honest and forthright homage to the golden age of library recording, this new release is no exception – with nods to David Shire, Roger Webb, 60s/70s Hollywood, early anime and golden era video games.

Spring Revisited’ is an incredible project from Acid Jazz in collaboration with Ace Records. It explores the musical legacy of storied New York label Spring Records, with a series of new mixes from dance music producers, using the original master recordings. After a series of sell-out vinyl singles, several of which topped the vinyl chart, comes this essential compilation.

Ajomasé is the groundbreaking debut album by legendary Nigerian percussionist Gasper Lawal. Originally released in 1980. Lawal’s style was forged through decades of high-level percussion work with the likes of Stephen Stills, Barbra Streisand, George Clinton & Funkadelic, Manfred Mann, Alexis Korner, Vangelis and Ginger Baker’s Air Force band.

HUMAN ERROR CLUB AT KENNY’S HOUSE, the group’s first release on Backwoodz Studioz, is their first album since 2022. The project emerged from three recording sessions that took place at LA producer Kenny Segal’s home studio between 2021 and 2024. Segal, an underground hip-hop mainstay, opened not just his space but his full arsenal of gear and toys

London & Ibiza based singer songwriter Nick Mulvey has always been immersed in the world of music. Before launching his solo career in 2012, Nick gathered a treasure trove of musical experiences. He studied music and art in Havana, Cuba, and was an integral part of the Portico Quartet.The second album of the year from Mercury Prize nominated singer-songwriter Nick Mulvey, following June’s “Dark Harvest Pt.1”.

Kate Bush releases ‘Best of The Other Sides’ on Fish People. The release is due to demand from those unable to access the original release of ‘The Other Sides’, which was part of the 2018 remastered box sets featuring B sides and extra tracks that had never appeared on an album. ‘The Other Sides’ is no longer available.

PROMISE is the latest album from Brooklyn-based producer Ibe Soliman, aka Bad Colours. Known for his blend of house, proto-techno, rap, and soul, Bad Colours delivers a dynamic, emotionally resonant record. Driven by hypnotic rhythms and personal storytelling, PROMISE explores themes of vulnerability, desire, and transformation. It's a versatile album designed for both dancefloors and introspective listening.

This is the story of how a tiny label from New Jersey changed the course of music history not once but twice.
Cheri Records was established in 1974 in New Jersey and run by one Boo Frazier. Cheri's output was limited, producing a catalogue of just eleven releases between the years 1974 and 1982. On the face of it, this appears to be insubstantial output. However, if you dig a little deeper, the quality released on Cheri Records reveals an exceptional legacy of groundbreaking music.
