Developed between New York and Berlin and reflecting a cross-continental approach to contemporary electronic and experimental music. An eclectic and internationally engaged collaborator, Demuro has contributed to a wide range of forward-thinking projects, including Stella’s debut LP Détends-toi (produced by Ed Longo), a co-written and produced electronic-ambient album with Marco Spaventi, and AT-XYA’s experimental release Antystar alongside James K (AD 93), which has surpassed 50,000 Spotify streams. As both musician and producer, he has released music with respected labels including Roots Underground, New Interplanetary Melodies, Daily Session Records NY, Cosmic Romance Records, and SUED, positioning Simulacra as a strong addition for retailers and distributors catering to adventurous electronic audiences.
About the artist
Enrico Demuro is a Venetian bassist and music producer. He studied at The Collective School of Music in New York in 2008 and furthered his musical education in 2009 through studies with Swiss pianist Nik Bärtsch (ECM Records). With a deep passion for groove-based music in all its forms, he is also strongly drawn to electronic and experimental music.
