Birthed by U.K. garage and seasoned through pirate radio, the terrain Dizzee carves out remains worlds apart from that of Ms. Dynamite and the Streets, two MCs who have come from a fractious-as-ever scene -- one that Dizzee's apart from as much as he's a part of -- with similar fanfare. About the artist
Dylan Kwabena Mills MBE, better known by his stage name Dizzee Rascal, is a British MC and rapper. A pioneer of grime music, his work has also incorporated elements of UK garage, bassline, British hip hop, and R&B. Dizzee Rascal released his debut album Boy in da Corner in 2003.
