Complete Recordings - RSD26

Artist: Misunderstood, The

Genre: Indie/Rock

Label: Trading Places

Release date:

Californian surf act the Blue Notes became psych groovers the Misunderstood in the mid-1960s, with Englishman Glenn Ross Campbell on steel guitar, and after a chance meeting with the future John Peel they headed to London where they began recording for Fontana, shared a stage with Pink Floyd and became fast friends with Jeff Beck, until drug issues and the Vietnam War disrupted the progression.

This all-killer, no-filler compilation assembles the legendary acetate they cut with Peel at Goldstar Studios in Los Angeles and the peak-period recordings they made for Fontana in London in 1969. TOP-NOTCH PSYCH AND BLUES ROCK!

FAQs

Any stock left over after the weekend will be made available online at 6pm on Monday 20 April. Not before.

No! No matter what your particularly unique set of circumstances are that mean you can't make it on the day (!) we are not allowed to reserve stock for you. Please don't as us to.

Nope. Records will only be available on the day on a first come first served basis so get to the shop early to avoid disappointment. We will look after you! Anything that does not sell will be available on our website afterwards.

We won't know how many titles we will have (vs what we've ordered) until the boxes turn up in the week of RSD.. We won't be able to predict when items sell out either.

To avoid people reselling online for a higher price and to make sure everyone gets what they want, we are limiting customers to one copy of any one LP.
