Call us old romantics, but we couldn’t think of a better use for our new Listening Room than as a cheeky pre-dinner spot for you Valentine's lovebirds.  So, we have decided to do a Valentine's 'pop up' and offer 8 couples the chance to sit back and listen to Sade's classic 'Diamond Life' in all its glory before you head off for the rest of your evening.  Marriage proposals optional....

The LP:

The Event:

We would like to invite 8 couples to take a seat in our candle lit Listening Room, grab a drink and bathe in Sade's classic for an hour before starting your Valentine's evening.

What To Expect ?

We invite you to arrive for 5.15pm on the 14th to get yourself a drink and then move downstairs to settle into the candle lit Listening Room.

At 5.30pm we will turn the lights down, invite silence and drop the needle to give you the opportunity to disappear into the music. The event will then last for as long as the album!

What Is The Listening Room?

The Listening Room is a dedicated space, created in collaboration with our friends at Audio Note, designed for anyone who wants to experience music at its very best. Built around creativity, flexibility, and community, it offers a calm, welcoming environment where you can slow down, sink in, and truly listen.

The room is equipped with some of Audio Note’s finest components, including their AN-E SPe HE speakers, the Meishu Tonmeister Phono 300b valve amplifier, and the TT3 record player. The result is an intimate, immersive listening experience unlike anything else.

The Listening Room is more than a space, it’s a celebration of great sound, great records, and the joy of discovering music together.
