As part of our commitment to our local community, we wanted to work with a local charity that made an impact here in Brighton & Hove and the surrounding area.
My University Hospitals Sussex is the dedicated charity for local hospitals across Sussex. They raise funds for treatment, care and research which go over and above core NHS funding, making a real and tangible difference to patients and staff alike.
Every year they invest more than two million pounds into supporting projects that fall outside of core NHS funding. This investment is entirely funded by generous donations from the public, and helps them improve care for the patients
whilst also supporting the incredible staff. From wellbeing spaces and children's bravery presents, to breast pumps for new mums and rehabilitation tools, every penny donated helps to fulfil the mission - to make life All Together Better.
Their work supports hospitals in Brighton, Haywards Heath, Worthing, Shoreham-by-Sea and Chichester, providing them with the fundraising and patient-first initiatives to go the extra mile in hospital care and staff welfare.
One of the charity's fund-raising arms is My Music. And we are delighted to be working with the My Music team at MUHS to help curate, promote and stage music centric events in that can generate much needed funds (via ticket sales). Keep an eye on our socials and emails to find out more....
